Ariel is a fan of working on your lower back. The exercises she uses to strengthen her back include bent-over rows with single arm lat pull downs. The warm-up phase is typically done prior to the actual training. Ariel makes use of her time effectively. Ariel does so by doing supersettings on all of her exercises in the back. It involves three or four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
